The Chair of Food Science and Technology teaches at three levels:
• Bachelor´s studies in Food Technology;
• A new Master´s curriculum in the form of session training, launched in 2018, will allow for specialization in the field of plant food technology (bakery and confectionery technology and upgrading of by-products) in addition to the Meat and Dairy technology specializations;
• PhD in Food Science.
Graduates of the undergraduate program shall acquire general competence in food technology. Graduates of Bachelor of Food Technology can continue their Master's studies at the Estonian University of Life Sciences or move on to Master's degree in Food Technology at other higher education institutions.
