Important dates and deadlines

The deadline for settling any academic arrears is 07 May 2025.

Students are eligible to defend their final thesis or take final examinations only if they have completed all compulsory courses outlined in the curriculum, as well as elective and optional courses. In addition, students must have no outstanding financial obligations to the university.

VL.1355 Final Thesis in Veterinary Medicine (for students graduating with thesis defense):

1. The final thesis must be submitted to the reviewer by 12 May 2025. The supervisor of the thesis will inform the student who the assigned reviewer is.
2. Thesis defenses will take place as follows:

• Group 1 – 04 June 2025 at 09:00, Kreutzwaldi 62-A201
• Group 2 – 04 June 2025 at 09:00, Kreutzwaldi 62-A124
• Group 3 – 04 June 2025 at 09:00, Kreutzwaldi 62-A110
• Group 4 – 04 June 2025 at 09:00, Kreutzwaldi 62-A107
• Group 5 – 04 June 2025 at 09:00, Kreutzwaldi 62-B212

The graduation ceremony will be held on 13 June 2025 at 12:00 in the auditorium at Kreutzwaldi 1A.

The ceremony is joint for all graduates of the Veterinary Medicine programmes.
