My focus is on organic food and farming. I am the head of the Research Centre of Organic Farming at our university. I organize knowledge transfer activities and participate in several research and development projects related to organic production. I have been involved in promoting organic catering and food education in educational institutions and have contributed to the establishment of school gardens in kindergartens and schools.
