Staff from the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences participated in several international training and exchange activities in spring 2025, organized within the framework of the OH-Boost project.
At the end of April, a job-shadowing visit focusing on laboratory research was conducted, during which EMÜ’s representative Tanel Kaart took part in hands-on activities and experience exchange related to laboratory analysis and data interpretation. In addition, participants took part in the training cycle on Advanced Microbial Metaproteomics, which focused on analytical approaches for studying complex microbial communities through their proteins. The training provided in-depth insights into metaproteomics and its applications within the One Health framework. All these activities were organized within the OH-Boost project, which aims to enhance scientific collaboration and capacity building in the field of One Health across Europe.
